Fotolia and deviantART Announce Partnership Plans

About month ago Fotolia and deviantART announced their plans to form a unique partnership called “deviantART Stock Project with Fotolia”.

Users of deviantART will have a great opportunity of using in their work images from one of the most vast collections at the microstock market. Most likely this solution will also bring deviantART's users flexible prices tuned to their needs.

At the same time this partnership serves Fotolia plans of expanding its footprint in the U.S..

DeviantART is a worlwide social network consisting of 15 million artists around the world. And we can say that it's the largest online community of microstock users.

The initial offering will increase the amount of stock already available on deviantART.com and provide members with commercial tools to facilitate an image-licensing program. The fully integrated product, expected next year, will provide members with seamless on-site access to microstock assets and create a unique deviantART collection from the community's resources.
