iStockphoto gives its customers a new way to pay

In short iStockphoto introduces a new model of instant purchases: now every customer has an opportunity to pay for the image directly from credit card.

Let us quote the official release.

“Every file now has a price in dollars or local currency in addition to a price in credits. That means customers can now add files directly to their shopping cart and pay for them with a credit card, without first needing to purchase credits.

The main new features launched are:
– An all-new shopping cart that accepts files, not credit packs.
– Simplified one-page checkout.
– Detailed receipts for each purchase.
– Credit packs are still available for frequent downloaders, and a new larger credit pack sizes are introduced”.

From us we can say that the credit packs are all new. Now prices start from $19.99 for 12 credits ($1.67 per credit) and end up at $4.000 for 3.000 credits ($1.33). As usual you can purchase more than 5.000 at once — just contact iStockphoto support.

And just to compare… The previous version of credit packs was more flexible: prices were starting from $9.75 for 6 credits.

You can see full detailed prices at the iStockphoto review on our site.

P.S. And if you missed there is another discount code at iStockphoto right now. You can use HURRYUPJAY promo at checkout to get 10% off credits pack of 60 credits and more. Hurry up, as always promo is valid only for a week.
